Taste and Tasting

And there are the fallacies and psuedo-science of tasting as well as motives of defending the system-all covered to tell that we probably should not be too serious about anything. An air of Britishness to the article sharing an encourragement to true wine people: just do your work and take it easy on tasting, which will make Life easier for us But life gives too short reading to render comments that are not true to oneself. Indeed, as Friedrich Nietzsche says: All Life is a Dispute Over Taste and Tasting.
