With a host of top awards to its name, the Michel Thomas estate is clearly making some of Sancerre's finest wines. It's been nearly two decades since we introduced this white to our customers and it remains a bestseller. The small, family run property is in the commune of Sury en Vaux, northwest of the town of Sancerre. Its sloping, chalk rich vineyards enjoy a perfect aspect to the sun and with the Thomas's meticulous vine management, their Sauvignon grapes always display great intensity of flavour. A top dinner party white, on its own, with goat's cheese or most seafood.
