Mouton-Rothschild 1995
Mouton-Rothschild 1995(RP95, WS94, ST95, WA92, JR18.5) of the evening was dense, a mouthfeel of fine and soft tannins. Ripe and fresh fruit (cassis, truffles, coffee, licorice, and spice in that order) was layered and finished very long. Acidity apparently tamed by the fruitiness, still. So, it was easy to drink. We just appreciate it fully and really cannot write well about a wine at this level. Blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc, and 19% Merlot.
I thought of 6-litre bottle in OWC now at Crown Wine Cellars Tuen Mun. It's adequate enough to going to make a lot of happy days!
