Wine 11. Chateau L'Hostipal Rouge, Graves 2006

Ripe, dusty fruit.  Smoky. The more complex Wine with 3 royal grapes(cs, Cf, Malbec). Earthy palate with decent fruit. Medium finish. We like this wine.

Wine 13. Beau-Site Haut Vignoble, Saint-Estephe 2004.

Floral (dry flowers and dry grass) with soft blackcurrant fruit. We tasted vintages 2007, 2006, 2004 and 2000 in a roll. This 2004 is the easiest of 4. Firm palate, melted tannins, compact style. Claret-like. Rare nose.

Wine 15. Chateau Gabelot (White),  Entre-Deux –Mers 2010

Dry citrus fruit.. Mineral and chalky tones. Fresh seawater. Strong palate, best with raw seafood, particularly oysters. Long finish by the standard.
