Made from 100% Merlot and reaching 14.8% alcohol, the wine is aging in 100% new French oak!

2016 is one of the best vintage of this wine, so feel safe.
Expensively made: pre-fermentation, cold maceration at 10 degrees Celsius and a 3-4 week maceration in stainless steel tanks; then Malolactic fermentation in 75% to 80% new oak barrels(!); aged in vat to help integrate the wood(another process!)
