Domaine Decelle-Villa 2013 Vosne-Romanee
Bright, medium ruby with a narrow pink rim. Nose of violets, perfumes, ripe cherries, strawberries. On the palate, it combines fruit richness with elegance, offering fire, power and finesse.. The tannins are both silky and firm. Hand-picked, the fruit is sourced right below the village between NSG and Chambolle Musigny, and from Aux Communes. Soil compostion is mostly clay, chalk and alluvial, and very well drained, hence certain intensity. ABV is mere 12.5%. Zero sugar, free run juice, 18 months in oak 20% new.
