The best Shiraz Cuvee seected from 100% estate owned Baroota vineyards located in Southern Flinders Range of cool maritime influence. The cooling effects of the northern Spencer Gulf and the gully breezes from the ranges have been a strong influence on this wine style. Produced in limited quantity and aged in French and American oak for 24 months, it balances robust coffee and mocha plum fruit flavours with textural elegance and complexity.

It was blended batch by batch and bottled unfiltered for maximum flavour. Best to decant lightly.
