Kevin Says was first christened by Lau Chi Sun, in thought, countering 'Simon Says'. As a new kid in town so many years, I never had the chance to speak with Simon Tam. So that start lot of exchange of words amongst the nosy. It was great looking back that these 'misunderstandings' never can create the barrier between Simon and me.

 

So I decided to this. In memory of this very episode of my wine career on the one hand and on the other keep my side independent and loyal to my thoughts. I will make this a journal of my life above and beyond wine.
