Regardless of where a wine is of daily or special quality, we believe you should always drink good wines. A good wine has a balance of fruit, sugar, acid and tannins, and shows characters of the grapes and gives a great sense of place. Indeed a good wine transends its classification as daily or special wines. Having send that no matter how rich you are, you do not drink Lafite or Mouton everyday. Special wines should be reserved for special occasions and daily wines do have it role to play.
