Valfieri Cassabo 2003 Monferrato Rosso 2003 DOC.
Deep ruby, medium garnet rim. Colour still young. Dry red fruit; ripe, with tones of truffle, trees, smooth earthiness and genuine regional typicity. There are already nice complexities on nose; bottle ageing give genuine, ripe palate with decent lenghn. Rich by the DOC standard. Mixed grapes.
This wine has been aged for 10 months in stainless steel before bottling. Some complexities after over 10 years' bottle-ageing. DD90.
