Caves de la Loire NV Diamant de Loire Cristal Brut
Light yellow. Reasonably 'sparkling' enough with unique flavours of lemon, quince, pear, honey, and chamomile(from 85% Chenin Blanc) are still there. Use of 100% Champagne method has made this wine a little textured and Structured(from the 15% Chardonnay). This Crémant de Loire made in the Anjou-Saumur and Touraine regions of the lush Loire Valley is fresh, fruity and ready to drink now.
Not bad at all.
