Canepa (Concha Y Toro) Novisimo Sauvignon Blanc 2016
Pale lemon with green tints, it gives mostly varietal expressions. It is short, dry, citrusy and mineral, pointing to a lack of imagination. But you will have fresh (green apples, pineapple and lemon), an adequate ABV of 12.5% which leaves a lightish and refreshing finish with some impression. Decanter World Wine Awards also writes, 'Clean and fresh nose of delicate citrus, herbal hints of asparagus and fresh cut grass. Lively palate.'
From Concha Y Toro, it's made with great economy of scale and of good value. Central Valley; not too aggresive on palate.
