2015 Chateau Paradis Casseuil

Bright, with ruby hue, it is characterised by fresh fruity flavours and floral aromas on the first nose. Second nose come the delicate toasted notes with peppery red cherry and almonds, as well as spice. To start on the palate, a slightly stalkiness that brings out acidity and the freshness of black and red currants. The dry finish green tannins have turned riper with a light cedar touch with the second sip. What we are quite sure is: 2015 now gives slightly bigger ripeness. The medium palate from 13% ABV; the palate shows that this wine performs expressively as if it is the younger version of its bigger brothers, more aromatic with red berries and soft fruit.
