Chateau Cap de Haut 2007, Cotes de Bordeaux(Blaye)
Medium ruby wiht wide rim showing lots of maturity. Fig, some dried red-fruit, dark cherries, fig, dry pork and coffee tones. Fermented out, edging dry with fine tannins, and with interesting twist of spicy and sweetish finihs. 13.5% ABV. composition: 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet. More intense than I expected. Good value.
