Chateau Gabelot 2010, AC Entre-Deux -Mers

Chateau Gabelot 2010 pretty pale yellow with gold highlights . Aromas of citrus and white peach with slightly floral and lemony notes . The palate is elegant and provides a nice persistence with mineral balanced by green fruit. Very fresh. Ideal as an aperitif or with grilled sardines or a dozen oysters(White Pearl, Fin de Claire, and even Pacific Rock) which was what the taster exactly did. You wont regret. DD86.
