Chateau Biston-Brillette 2007, CB Moulis. Parity between Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon is perfectly adapted to the local duality - clay and limestone and serious - judging by this 2007 the deep ruby color and tight rim as well as a good concentration. The complex and elegant bouquet reveals fragrances backed grape ripe , red fruit jam , toast and spice(ginger) , complemented by a note of cigar box . On the palate, the ripe fruit, supported by intense and tannins, seems to confirm its longevity for another 5 years. Best with a side of beef with porcini mushrooms. Serious. DD90.
