Chateau Les Hautes de Lynch Moussas 2006, Haut Medoc

Medium ruby, tight garnet rim. Ripe blacurranty with dark cherry nose. Developing into nice bouquet and soft tannins. With some rigidity on palate, this is a structured Haut Medoc wine with a Pauillac personality. This nice bottle can be appreciated without delay. Best to chill down to 16 Celcius, allow it to develop bouquet and structure in glass over 15 minutes.

Originating from a vineyard belonging to the eponymous Pauillacais vintage but located on another soil, in the commune of Saint-Sauveur, this wine displays a decidedly different personality than that of Château Lynch-Moussas.
