Cantine Riondo Soave 2019

Pale gold coloured. The nose is perfumy, with delicate white flowers, tangerine and other exotic fruits. Lean and dry; elegant and intense; a mineral and almondy/nutty finishes in the end. Acidities are nice.

A simple wine, which expresses good fruit though. The wine style is clean and fruity—cold maceration for maximum fruity retention and gentle pressing with fermentation at 18 ° for quality fruit. ABV is medium at 12,5%. 100% Garganega. It was ageing on lees for three months, contributing to its textured finish. Short, but strong enough to make an impression. Not bad. 90 Points.
