Chateau Haut Bergey 2013

Deep ruby, medium rim. Mixed black fruit pointing to an intermix of plums, blackberry, and cassis. Secondary tones are rich, with smoky and earthy tones, notes of old leather, tobacco and spices. The palate is classically Pessac Leognan: soft, fresh and earthy, reflecting the nose. Medium-bodied.

The score is reasonably good: DD91, WE89, Falstaff89.
