Esprit de Pavie 2012

Appopriate Right Bank manifestations-medium ruby with a medium rim with 8 years behind. it noses dry rose as well as chocolate coated strawberry, plum, blackberry and cola fruit. On there palate, fruity with a correct dose of charcoal and spices on the finish, direct yet soft. Rightly put by JS, it is a silky and firm wine with dried fruit, mushrooms and light herbs. Medium bodied, it gives firm tannins and a adequate finish of 8-second fruit length for the class. USPs are: delicious; affordable from the renowned producer who owns Pavie, Pavie-Decesse, Monbousquet and Bellevue-Mondotte estates; cheap; a rare 2012 vintage; right time to savour. Grapes from South-facing sites of St. Emilion and Cotes de Castillon, showing on palate certain ripeness and diversity.

The third wine of Chateau Pavie Grand Cru fetching almost HK3000 category selling this dirt cheap is a steal. It is JS90.
